Optional Update Delivery is Not Working - Windows 7 is Not Genuine

Question

I have begun to get this pop-up several times a week at computer startup. I have been to MS website and run the Genuine Advantage validation and it returns the response that my copy of Windows is genuine. Here is my MGADiag.exe output:

I see no issues in your report. it shows as activated and validated.
was the notice showing when you ran the report?
I suspect you have a race condition where programs are competing for resources. if the software protection service loses it throws up a notice.
usually it resolves itself after a few reboots. if you get a notice again run the diagnostic while the notice is showing.
