Each time WGA tries to update I get a message that it cannot be installed. I ran the WGA diagnostic tool and got this result:

Hello Icaru,
Until the WGA program is fully downloaded and installed, any problem with it is dealt with as a problem with Windows Updates.
Please use your favorite search engine to search for the "Dial a Fix v0.60" utility. I have found it to be a great tool for fixing problems with Windows Updates.
If still no success, please follow this link to get free tech support for Windows Updates problems: https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=6527
