The only way to do this is to upgrade a 2007 instance. That instance can either be a real 2007 instance or an empty one.

Hezequias --To add to Treb�??s excellent answer, if you want to enable BCM on a clean install of Project Server 2010 (not an upgrade), refer to the following FAQ:Keep in mind that BCM is meant to be a temporary measure until you have upgraded all of your PMs to the Professional version of Microsoft Project 2010. Unfortunately this cannot be reversed: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg502585.aspx
You may need to look at restoring the Project Server databases before this setting was changed.

Hello
Compatibility mode was enabled but is setting was disabled by mistake and would like to return with her to the Project Server 2010 server.If I ask only the restoration of the application server can return to the previous settings of the system?
