Black and Flickering Screen

My computer upgraded from Windows 7 Professional from Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 32-bit (From Clean install). After upgraded to Windows 10, the screen will also flickering in black screen. The flickering is randomly without executing specifically application. The configuration of my workstation is following,

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. BM1AF_BP1AF_BM6AF

Intel i5-4460

4GB RAM

Intel® HD Graphics 4600

Any idea about the problem?
