How to filter KPI values based on Resource filter?

  Can anyone please tell me how to filter KPI values based on Resource names selected in the filter in Performance Point Dashboard Designer?

  I have tried to use the filter but it gives the following error:

  You do not have permissions to see this data. Additional details have been logged for your administrator.
