Troubles with menu RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    we are using CRM 2013 (Rus). Current version: 6.1.2.112 (SP1).

    After update CRM to current version, there is a small issue appeared (Before update, all was fine):

    In menu, then i choose any "Last Seen" entities, there are Unicode codes instead of symbols in a entity name.

    How can i correct this issue?

    P.S. sorry for my bad English.

    I found the source of this trouble!!!!

    I have uninstantiated latest update (KB2963850)  (Rollup2 for SP1) and menu becomes as needed!

    I thought, that it was an error during update installation, and reinstall this update, but Error appeared again!

    So, this update makes this error!!

    Can somebody tell me, how can i write (or call) to the support center or something, to contact update developers to describe this error?

    Upd:

    Probles is solved in next update: (Rollup 3 for SP1). Thanks to all, who tried to help!

    Use the XrmToolbox to check your sitemap. Open the toolbox and open the SiteMap Editor Tool. Look for the Area -> Group -> SubArea, the title is not shown well. Look for the titles section under your subarea and add a title to the titles section with your LCID and title text.

  • There is no title in there:

    There are no issues there, as i can see.

    As far as i know, there was no changes in SiteMap in our CRM, so it is standard.

  • I don't believe, that nobody can't help with this problem.

    I understand, that it is a localization problem, because English titles are showing right:

    But i don't understand, what to do with this problem.

    This is not answer, unfortunately.

    Answer will be, when this problem will be solved. But to solve a problem, i need to contact to CRM Developers in Microsoft to tell them about this error. :(
