Ah - a clue at last :)
Did the site give you any recommendations for fixing the problems? (if so, what?)
This looks like you have some significant problems. Follow any advice given on the page, and see if you can get the failures fixed - report any error messages along the way.
Please go to Windows Updates, and install ALL Important and Critical updates - then reboot, and run another MGADiag report.
post your results.

You need to adjust your System ClockCheck your Region settings (you’re currently set to GMT) and that the time and date are correct.

You are still showing the Clock Sync Error – what happens if you go to www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag ?

Sorry I've been away with a family emergency.
It hasn't been resolved, it's not letting me do any updates due to the genuine issue. I'm running out of ideas :(
