Trouble Activating XP Pro (Non OEM)

Question
-
Hi. Recently I upgraded the majority of the hardware in my PC(Mobo,CPU,RAM). After installing and configuring XP professional I went about trying to activate the OS, only to have it fail with the response "According to our records, the number of times you can activate Windows with this product key has been exceeded.". I have the folder with XP disc and CD Key right in front of me, and have been able to reinstall the OS on multiple occasions before with no trouble :-/. If someone could help me out with this problem it would be much appreciated.

I found that when you call you get an automated system and the result will be the same as doing it over the Internet.
