Email Body text disappears/resets when sending through queues RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm using CRM Online.

    When selecting an item from a queue, I go in and hit the reply button to return an email.

    I enter text into the body and then on autosave one of 2 things seem to happen.

    1. It bounces the cursor down to the bottom of the email and my text starts there. So I have to scroll up to the top of the email body to select where I left off anc continue replying
    2. It clears the text or some text from what I was writing and have to start writing the body of the email again.

    It seems to do this on the save of the record. Why it doesn't save the text from the email body I don't know. Is it a setting I've missed turning on/off?

    Any ideas as to how to fix or where to look?
