  • Hello,

    Can anyone tell me what is a global option set and how we can access it?

    Can we use this global option set in multiple organizations?

    Global option set is a option set which you can use on any entity. which is globally available and assign to any of picklist field for any entity.

    No, Global option set is limited to use for particular organisation only.

    Global Option Set is an Option Set containing the drop down values/pick list which you can create and use globally.

    You can not use Global Option sets in multiple organisations.

  • Ankush - answering a question which already has a reply marked as answer by the original poster is not super helpful.

    Also, some might consider replying and then proposing your own reply as an answer as a bit redundant (of course you think it is the answer, otherwise you would not have replied in this way).

    There are lots of unanswered questions here which I am sure you can help someone with by answering new ones.
