  • Hi Motor 79,

I recommend searching at Answers.Microsoft.com for answers to specific Microsoft product usage.  MSDN is the Microsoft Developer Network and focused on questions regarding developing software or hardware based on Microsoft products rather that their usage.

    Sincerely,

    IoTGirl

  • This sounds like a programming question but you should advise what you are doing with regard to a PictureBox and what language you are programming in. I suspect this is for a Windows.Forms application but do not know what language you use.

  • I don't see how this is a programming question. There is no indication of a language, OS or device so could even be an image on a web page for outlook, for example.  No way of knowing without more info.  Likely stepping through Answers.Microsoft.com will help select the right stuff to address the issue.

  • Hi MOTOR 79 LB,

You can replace your picture by choosing "Edit My Profile" on your profile page. That should take you to https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Profile/u/edit and you can provide a new Avatar, GIF, JPEG, or PNG. Recommended size = 220 x 220 pixels. Other image sizes will be scaled to fit.  Likely your image was too big or small and is being scaled causing it to be blurry.

    Sincerely,

    IoTGirl

  • Hi MOTOR 79 LB,

We're not exactly sure what is broken so not sure what needs to be fixed.  If it is a problem with the windows OS, you can use the feedback application and it can collect logs while you reproduce the problem.

    Sincerely,

    IoTGirl

  •  SETTINGS/ ACCOUNTS/YOUR INFO. THIS SHOWS THE PICTURE …..

This sounds like you're trying to use your device's camera to take your picture to associate with your windows account. If your device's camera does not focus I'd work the problem with the hardware manufacturer. You can also ask windows hardware questions over here.
