I talked to a Microsoft Tech...finally...he said that it is not a software issue. It is in the hardware. Most likely the power supply. However, I went into the control panel under power settings. Under select a plan, I choose additional options. I clicked
on Hih Performance and that seems to have resolved the issue...for now. I ran two seperate media players, Windows and Real, both using 1080p/30 HD footage, running at the same time, scrubbing bothquickly from point to point...no crash!
