e-service for CRM4.0 viewcases RRS feed

  • Hello 

    I have install and configurate the accelerator for CRM 4.0 and now I want to personalize it. 
    I want to see in "My Service Cases" all cases whitch I am the "referent" (custom attribute) and not whitch I am the customer (or both) 

    Can you help me please?

  • The eservice accelerator for CRM 4 was retired and replaced by the portal framework and the customer portal solution for CRM 4 about 3-4 years ago.  Then the portal framework was upgraded to supporting CRM 2011 and the customer portal is now available in the marketplace.  I would *not* recommend that you use the older e-service accelerator as the code was very antiquated and it is not easily customizable to your needs.

    If you are still on CRM 4 and not upgrading to CRM 2011 (or CRM 2013) soon, see the customer portal project on codeplex.
