Atempt to login to hotmail/outlook gets DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN RRS feed

    Almost  everytime I try to login to hotmail/outlook access fails with page saying

    This site can’t be reached

    outlook.live.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

    Access fail happens on Chrome and Safari, and when incognito page. 

    Login can take up to 10 attempts, and sometimes is successful after one to two hours break.

    I am using Apple MacBook Pro with OS X Version 10.11.3

     This began one week ago, November1  2016 ago has not happened before
