Best approach for two MS Access mdb comparison

Question
-
Hello Sir,
Could you please suggest me the best approach for two mdb files comparison. Please see the assumptions below
Assumptions :
1. Both mdb files with underlying tables have almost same schema or coulmns with some minor changes here and there.
2. Each mdb file consist of approx 35-40 tables and each table have approx 100 columns and 500 rows approx.
3. Comparison should display the discrepancies between mdb tables.
In this scenario should I import the mdb in SQL Server or Oracle first and then do the comparison. Will that improve performance instead of taking data from mdb and then comparing ?
Please suggest. Any ideas are welcome.
Thank You

Hello,
This forum is for discussions and questions regarding profiles and Microsoft's recognition system on the MSDN and TechNet sites. It is not for products/technologies.
As it's off-topic here, I am moving the question to the Where is the forum for... forum.
