Is there a VLSC forum monitored by VLSC staff?

Question

Hi
We're having an issue that I need to speak with Volume Licensing support staff about. I'm in the UK.
They have a phone number, but the menu system you get when you call it doesn't recognise the fact that you've made a choice (no matter which phone I call from, office or personal).
There's an online form, but having filled out all of the boxes, no matter how much I adjust what I put in them, the 'Submit' button is always greyed out with a 'no entry' type hover cursor.
They have an online chat, but when I initialise that it whirrs around for a while then says there's a technical problem & I should fill out the form instead.
So my last chance it would seem is to try and find a forum or something that I have any hope of them monitoring.
Does anyone know of one please?Wednesday, February 6, 2019 3:33 PM

A bit clutsy but click the Contact support in the browser instead.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/
type something in here and then answer no a number of time then you'll get to where you can live chat with someone.

There isn't a forum for volume licensing. Also note microsoft doesn't have a large presence here in forums. Some other options of contact are listed here.

Hi Dave
Many thanks, but that's where I started off from when I ran into all of the walls I listed above.
None of the listed methods work.So if they don't have a large presence they do have some presence.
The issue I have isn't actually VLSC specific, it's support specific. The methods I have tried are the front end for multiple support endpoints, and they are broken.
Is there anywhere in here I can communicate with someone from Microsoft regarding the issues I'm experiencing contacting support? Many thanks

There are no forums for microsoft support. Best option is to contact them directly by starting a case here.
or you can call them here.

Oh for Pete's sake
The "global-customer-service-phone-numbers" link gives me the number to the phone system I mentioned in my original question, and the "start a case here" one takes me to the form that I said doesn't work.
Any other methods of contact you can think of please?Wednesday, February 13, 2019 3:55 PM -
