CRM 2011 update to 2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

Right now we are using CRM Online 2011.
Are we getting an update to 2013 automatic? Or is this a new version that we have to purchase/'instal' again?

    Thanks

Answers

  • It's automatic. Microsoft should have already emailed you to schedule the upgrade next month or November.

  • Thanks,

When i start CRM, I don't see the yellow bar that says something about the update.

When I click on Subscription Management, I am redirected to portal.microsoftonline where i can see all the licenses.
I can't find any information about the update?

    Am i doing something wrong?

  • Hmm nope, that should be the correct process... Are you an admin? Or could there be anyone else in your org that got the email?

  • I am admin on CRM. And we 100 licenses because we have a partnership.
Is it also possible that i not yet received the mail/ update information from Microsoft?
Or has this something to do with the parntership licenses?
    Thanks
