Problems with LineOne RRS feed

  • I recently bought and installed LiveOne Care. Compared to other Anti-virus it's not user-freindly and  very slow. Also the installation is very, very complicated. 


    After the installation I am not able to connect to my Printer via a USB cable.


    What's worse is that LiveOne advertises "Unlimited Phone Support" and I cant even find a Phone Number to call !

    I'm sorry and actually surprised that you think OneCare is not user friendly. As for slowness, this may be indicative of a conflict with other software on the PC that provides security.


    If the printer is directly connected to the PC with a USB cable, OneCare should absolutely not impact the connection as it is local to the PC. If it is a shared network printer, you would need to make sure that your network was identified as Private in order for printer sharing to work.
