    What is 073 series of Microsoft Certification. How is it different from 70 series. Is it possible to upgrade from 073 series to 70 series. Would series 073 exam contribute towards attaining Silver competency.

    Hi Alok,

     

    As i know Microsoft 73 series is ITA (Microsoft IT Academy) may be similar to the 72 series Academic exams which are the same exams as the 70 series, 73 series exam will be given at a discounted price for students.

    Maybe it is best to ask the microsoft regionsl support center or the cantacts you got through your partnership. I fear that the community cannot help in this question. I would think that often you only need people who have a special certification and it does not matter, how the persons gained these. But with some competencies, I think I saw an information like "2 people with 70-xxx exam are required" so I don't think that the description on the web page is always enough.

    Thanks for the response. But can 73 series certifications be still used for Silver Competency and Gold Competency.
