    How many tests do you need to take and pass for the MCP certification, what tests qualify for this.

    I am a CRM support engineer and would like to know if any tests fall into this category, if they do, what are tehy so I can study for them before testing.

    You become an "MCP" (Microsoft Certified Professional) the first time you pass one of the certification exams. Depending on the type of certification that you are pursuing, such as MCTS or MCSE, you may need to take several exams, but the first one of them will make you an MCP.
