CRM login now takes me only to limited Mobile Express version of CRM... RRS feed

  • When I login into CRM as I've always done, the login now takes me only to the functionally limited Mobile Express version of CRM.  Why is it doing this, and how do I access the full version of CRM again?

  • This could be because of browsing CRM from an unsupported browser. What version of CRM and browser are you using? Did you try with a different browser? You can check the supported browsers here

    In IE11, add CRM to the compatibility settings and then you would be able to browse the full version.

  • This might happen if you are using IE11 as it is technically not supported by CRM just yet.

    If so you can add *.crm.dynamics.com to the list of sites that use compatibility mode

  • I've got this problem while testing in firefox! in IE 10 it shows the "normal" CRM...
