    I have purchased a Live OneCare subscription, however the status says it is only a trial, due to expire in 90 days. When I click on "subscribe" it prompts me to sign in using my Live ID, but the email address displayed there, though it is mine, is not the one I used to subscribe, so I am stuck, unable to actually begin my subscription. What can I do?

  • You will need to uninstall and reinstall OneCare on that PC. I assume that you activated your subscription on another PC and that this PC was running the trial, with the LiveID registered for testing the Circle functionality. Currently, there is no way to clear that email address (LiveID) from a trial registration, but the OneCare team is working to fix this in the future.
