    I got a alert on my tablet about a virus on it.I was supposed to call 1-888-279-3119 . Is this the right # to call for help.I'm blocked out and can't get on the internet

    Hi,

    If the phone # is written in an email, it must be a junk mail that you should delete.

    If it is a popup (on your desktop or in your browser), it is strongly recommended to disconnect from network and to scan your computer by antivirus/security software.
