when we have tried to use it for online meetings it has only worked about a third of the time.
Several of the issues we are seeing are:
1)
When the meeting organizer tries to join the meeting, all he gets is a white screen.
2)
When a propective customer clicks the meeting link, the web app never loads
3)
During the meeting the prospects view goes to a grey screen, while the presenter’s side shows no signs of the problem
4)
During a presentation the prospect gets completely dropped
Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are anxious to let or Webex subscription go.
