No it is not, again that is a community forum, it is not a Partner Support Forum, they are not equivalent. It is the only option available and I'm well aware of it. I get mixed results at best from that forum, and that is to be expected from a community forum. Even if they put in a General System Center Questions Partner forum, that would be better than nothing.
