Appointments to non CRM user

  Hi

  I need to send an appointment to a CRM user as well as a Public Folder Calendar.

  When I send the appointment (using a workflow) it appears within the Calendar of the CRM user but not in the Public Folder Calendar.

  The Public Folder Calendar obviously does not have the CRM plugin.

  Will installing the router fix this issue (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg554686.aspx)?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated
