  • Hello koila23,

    Sounds like a malware attack.

Backup and offload your data, then run the Sony recovery disk to blow up the current installation and start over squeaky-clean.

Or get free help from MS here:  http://support.microsoft.com/gp/cu_sc_virsec_master#tab6

  • (While they themselves had caused this problem by some virus/hacking on my operating system)

To be crystal clear.  Microsoft Did Not hack into your computer nor did we install any Malware on your system.

If you do have a Virus infection then follow the link provided by Dan. The Link is to support specifically for people who get an malware infection.  Microsoft provides this support for Free to any and all Windows users.  Microsoft also provides a Free Anti-Virus program to help prevent this from happening in the first place.

    Thank you,

    Darin MS
