Change Microsoft logo to company logo in courses created by LCDS <-> conflict to license agreement?

  If we create web based trainings using LCDS (courses will be published on company web server...) and change the default Microsoft logo to our company logo (and also change color schemes), will that conflict with license agreements or any copyright laws?
  
  Are there any other legal issues we should be aware of when using LCDS for creation of web based  trainings to offer them to customers (for free)?
