Reinstalling Windows 7 Home premium on my Laptop

I need to reinstall windows 7 on my Gateway laptop. I do not have any of my recovery discs anymore. When I enter my product code on the download website I get an error with validation. How can I fix this?

You will have to contact the manufacturer for a new set of Recovery media.
