GDI + Windows

Question
-
I have a Window 10 installed on my laptop. I am having problem to "Restart". It shows "GDI + Windows" is preventing your computer to restart. It takes about 5 min. for the "restart" to complete .
What can I do to correct this?
Restarting is necessary for me to do because sometimes I can't access Google or G-mail. Something is preventing this access in spite of WI-FI connection working properly.
I would appreciate your advice how to fix this problem!!

Hi,
I agree with RLWA32.
This is a forum about discussing and asking questions about the Visual C++ IDE, libraries, samples, tools, setup, and Windows programming using MFC and ATL.
I will move the thread to off topic forum.
Thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Hart
