New forums layout is HORRIBLE for finding forums

Question
-
Is it just me?!?
If it is, someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to search in all forums and can't find 3 quarters of the forums I regularly post in. I have to go to my old posts and jump to the forum I want from there. It's like the forums just don't show up in any of the lists.
Are there any plans to fix this?

Click on the "Quick Access" dropdown to get a link to "My Forums"

Also you may try using 'My Forum Threads' (from the Quick Access drop down on the left) assuming all your forums belong to one brand (say, MSDN) and you have all your forums setup correctly.

I use the "My Forums" list to navigate to the forums I frequent. This article explains the new process to add forums to your "My Forums":

Thank you for your replies...I have been browsing 'my threads' which is how I have been getting to the forums I want...however...
What if I wanted to look through a list of ALL active and available forums to see which one(s) fit better for my topic?
Let's say I have a complicated issue that deals with multiple Microsoft products and versions (not all that uncommon, actually). I want to see what forums are available to post in and maybe browse through some of them to see which ones are most active.
It seems like that ability has been...taken away.
