  • VC-Wealdstone,

Unfortunately, your post regarding your problem with a printer driver is off-topic to this forum, which tries to help Microsoft customers who are experiencing WGA-related problems.

Since you're here, though, I have a bit of bad news to tell you.  Your Office 2003 Pro installation is showing as Nongenuine with a Blocked VLK (Office status=114 means nongenuine).  If this comes as a surprise to you, please go back to where you purchased the installed copy of Office and let them know that it is a counterfeit copy and that you demand the genuine copy that you paid for, or a refund.  In any case, please uninstall the nongenuine installation of Office 2003 as soon as possible.  MS has a Get Genuine program for Office as well as XP that offers discounted copies of Office to victims of software piracy.

May I suggest looking for support for the printer at the printer manufacturer's support pages?  And from personal experience, many printer issues can be resolved by uninstalling the driver, restarting the computer, then cleanly installing the driver.  With most current printers, it's best to leave the printer's USB cable disconnected until the installation utility tells you to connect it.

    Good Luck!
