Adding One live care to a second computer/forgot login info

I need help reinstalling my windows live onecare to my second computer. I forgot my windows live ID and password when I first activated it. I tried to Reset a Windows Live ID or fix an unavailable Windows Live ID but it wouldn't allow me to do it because I had to be logged in. I need some help please.

Go to the first computer, open One Care>Help>About Windows Live One Care and you will see the Live ID associated with your One Care account.
