Issues with Outlook Client for Dynamic CRM 2013 RRS feed

  • Have installed the Outlook Plugin for Dynamic CRM 2013 as per microsoft's instructions.

    Client is running Windows 7 64bit, Outlook 2010 (This is a 32bit Install)

    Installation is completed successfully and I can see the crm records in outlook

    The problem is that I can't open the records, the new and edit button appears to do nothing when I click on them

    Any help greatly appreciated

  • Thyere are some security options for outlook on the Business Management tab of security role. Check you security role has correct permissions
