map error- needs correction

  I cancelled my account with BigLocal.com and want to know how I can access my MSN web info, to edit and add items?

   

  Also- the map data is showing incorrect info as to the location of my store- how is that corrected?  The street address is correct- the star locator on the map is on the wrong side of the intersection- have had serveral customers 'lost' and confused.
