  • Hello guys, I am currently encounting a problem here. I have activated my onecare somewhere last year. However, i have reformatted my com and i cant re-key the installation key. When i tried to re-key the e-mail address, the box was grey and i cant change my e-mail address there .. please advise me on what to do .. thanks

  • I think you just ran into the bug in 2.0 that causes you to be unable to change the LiveID to activate if you entered a different LiveID to try out the Circle functionality in trial mode. In order for you to access the LiveID field to activate with a different LiveID than what is presented there now, you need to uninstall and reinstall OneCare.
