Hi all,
This is very known issue which is seen when a new user added to CRM. In the earlier cases, I used to change the username to someother existing user and CRM gets the details from AD and then I used to change username to correct one. So that, CRM gets details
again from AD and does mapping. Most of the cases, this process solves the problem. sometimes, I used to disable and enable the user for the changes to effect.
Sometimes I used to follow the steps given in the below link
http://ashwaniashwin.wordpress.com/2013/03/13/no-microsoft-dynamics-crm-user-exists-with-the-specified-domain-name-and-user-id-error-while-logging-into-crm/
Right now, I have followed first case, i.e changing the username, disable/enable user but no luck. And to follow the second case i.e the above link, I need one AD account which is not CRM user and I am unable to get this done as my client has to do lot of
processing to get an account added to AD.
Could anyone please let me know that is there any chance of fixing this in any other manner?
Gopinath.
