Custom field appearing Read Only RRS feed

  • I have added a custom field "Nature" in Email form. This field is appearing during creation of email message through CRM and appearing as Read Only on opening received emails. I want to keep this field editable in Reading mode too as I want to classify received email for filtering and reporting reasons. Any idea how this can be done?

  • You could do this with a workflow. You would need to set the status to open, make your update and then set the status back to a closed state to get it to work.
