Microsoft Windows Explorer RRS feed

  • I use Windows Explorer quite often. I have been receiving a mesage that states that Explorer is shutting down and apologises for the inconvenience. I report the error every time but receive no feedback or reason for the shutdown. MS states it may be the printer (Cannon) but I use HP. Does anyone know a cure?
