Validation Not Working RRS feed

  • Everytime I log in I get the message to go online and validate my account... When I do this I get a message saying Thanks for validating but then it still says my account is not genuine even after I restart. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the validation process or is my copy not genuine..?
