    I never did receive an email from you on the 18th of December.  Can you please resend in your information?
    In general with a purchasing problem and this error, If you clear your cache and cookies, this error will go away and you should be able to purchase.

    Also, you can only purchase learning courses for yourself so there could be an issue with the way the transaction is being handled.   We would have to further investigate that though.

    Please email me so we can address this.
