For approximately 2 weeks now I am trying to purchase this course for a co-worker to retain our MBS Certification for our Gold Partner Membership. I keep getting the same error after checking out and agreeing to the terms. All it says is "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later." I also sent an email to learnmgr@microsoft.com back on 12/18/08 but did not get any kind of response.
How can this be resolved ASAP? I really need to purchase this course as soon as possible.
I never did receive an email from you on the 18th of December. Can you please resend in your information? In general with a purchasing problem and this error, If you clear your cache and cookies, this error will go away and you should be able to purchase.
Also, you can only purchase learning courses for yourself so there could be an issue with the way the transaction is being handled. We would have to further investigate that though.
