CRM 2013: unable to convert the campaign response RRS feed

  • I'm facing issue in converting the campaign response with my custom security role.

    Below I have written the options provided by 'Convert campaign response' in Campaign response form along with what I can do with that options if I select it.

    1. Create lead

    I have given bu level permissions for Create, Read, Append to and Append privileges on Lead

    2. Convert to an existing lead

    Able to select the existing lead

    3. Create a quote, order or opportunity for an account or contact

    Select an account or contact- able to select contact record

    select record type- this option is empty

    select currency-able to select currency

    I haven't given any permissions on account entity but given bu level read and append to permission on contact.

    4.Close response

    able to select the status either Closed or Cancelled.

    I'm not able to convert the campaign response by selecting any of the above options. After I select the option and click ok it remains on the same page.

    But able to close the campaign using "Close Campaign Response'.

    Please help me with your suggestions.
