  • Jeff's idea is the typical approach that I use for these types of exams.  You might also consider using Microsoft Virtual labs. The product groups often release labs on new technologies. There are a number of these for SQL 2012 BI topicss here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/hh859579

Also, look on MSDN for patterns and practices related to BI. Here is a guide to BI architecture that I found when I searched: http://biarchanddesignguide.codeplex.com/

  • As far as I'm aware, no courses have been developed for this certification yet.  I will post your question on the MCT forums to see whether anyone has any additional information.

  • Hi,

What are the ways to prepare for 70-467? I thought BOL would help but then when I went through Skill Measured info, it asks mostly for planning and strategies etc which are Not covered in BOL.

Then again Preparation Material section of MS Certification site says Nothing is available.

So how do i prepare for 70-476 ?

  • Given that this exam is a "theory" based exam, there are no official study sources available.  All I can suggest is that you use the skills measured and Google/Bing to research whitepapers etc available of the web.
