overwritten files are not being sent to Recycle bin RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I read the related posts and it did not answer the question. I am using Synctoy 2.1 with Windows XP pro.  I have been using SyncToy for about a year and the overwritten files have always been going to the recycle bin.   But recently I noticed that they are no longer in the recycle bin after a synchronization.  I checked all my folder pairs and in each there is a check mark in 'Save Overwritten files in the Recycle Bin".  So why aren't they going to the Recycle Bin now?  They alway have in the past and I made no changes to the program.  I have my pairs set up to Echo.

    Thanks for your help,

    Annette
