  • Question

    Gracias

  • Guillermo, this usually means your CRM client is not connected. If you have configured our client already, you should see an icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen that looks like this: http://www.camrivox.com/flexor/docs/knowledge_base/en/icons/Dynamics.gif If that icon is gray, then right-click it and choose "Connect to CRM" or whatever it is in Spanish.

If the toolbars still do not show up, then you have connectivity issues or the client is not configured properly.

    Gracias!

  • Ah, yes, that is confusing. Then it is not what I suggested. Have you installed the latest CRM rollups for the client? I'm not sure if they would help, but Rollup 7 makes major changes, and Rollups 11 and 12 help if you're using Outlook 2010. Be sure to install Rollup 7 before the Rollups after 7.

  • HiPhil, thanks so much for your answer.

The only thing that it confused me in thinking about reinstaling inmediatly the outlook client is that I have access to the CRM accounts, contacts and so on through outlook folders. The only problem is the tool bar.

    Kind Regards

    Guillermo
