I use the large free form "box" within Tasks a lot for supplemental info about the task. Recently it started automatically formatting
each task, like making the comments "bullets," and making line spacing 1.5 or double spacing, instead of single/no spacing like I want. For a fix I tried going to "Tasks," then "Format Text," then "Styles"...which
defaults to "Normal" instead of "No Spacing," then I right click on "No Spacing" and then "Modify," make sure it's "No Spacing" and also Arial 10 font, then at the bottom I click on "New documents based
on this template." It often but not always works for that particular task. I'm looking for a way to make ALL existing and future tasks "No Spacing" and Arial 10. Is there a way?
