Cannot Upload Azure Function Sample codes for Microsoft Samples

Hi,
I am developer been a MVP as well. I wrote an article in Microsoft samples. But I doesn't not allow to upload the sample projects.
I get the following error. Can someone assist me on this.

It is a download link I created by adding my files to onedrive and adding the shared link. Uploading the files to samples still not working.
