Which Certification i need to choose

  I guess the question is really about determining how important certification is to your career and to you personally. Yes, you failed the 70-680 exam a few times - do you really want to keep at it and try again?

  You may want to consider skipping the Windows 7 certification. Since you've had training on Windows Server 2012, perhaps you should consider getting certified on Windows Server 2012 or even Windows 8. I suggest the newer platforms because these certifications will last longer and you won't have to recertify for a while. Specifically, if you earn an MCSA on Windows Server 2012 or Windows 8, it will last longer than a MCSA in Windows 7.
