CRM 2013: Workflow email takes only one recipient RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    I have customized my Lead form in such a way that there are 3 lookup fields of System User as follows:




    I have created a workflow which triggers whenever a Lead is created and an email is sent to the 3 managers.

    What I have noticed is that whenever a Lead is created and all the 3 managers Lookup fields have value, email is sent to only Manager1.

    The Email takes only one recipient.

    Is it normal or am I missing something here?

    Any comments is highly appreciated.

  • Hi Vinay,

    You should be able to send email to all three managers of you've configured it in the workflow.

    Just make sure that all three managers (system users) have their email address fields updated.
