changing the chart type on a microsoft dynamics 2011 dashboard RRS feed

    I've created a dashboard with 3 charts but can't change the chart types.  I've edited the dashboard

    clicked on the chart

    Clicked on Edit Component

    Ticked the box that says display chart types

    Save and close

    The chart type icon is displayed on the top left of the chart but it doesn't do anything when clicked.  Is it a permissions problem?

    Hi Diane,

    does this entity got other charts? can system admin able to view these charts?

    Hi

    There are 3 other charts on the dashboard and all behave in the same way.  I have system admin privileges on this system
